The foundations of Uyar Çelik were laid in the 1960s at Karaköy Perşembe Pazarı in Istanbul —
the historic heart of Turkey’s steel trade.
Starting our journey with the principles of honesty, trust, and quality, we have grown from a local
trading business into a strong steel brand serving both domestic and international markets.
What began as a small workshop in Karaköy has evolved over the decades into a powerful
industrial structure with modern production facilities in Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Karabük.
Today, we proudly deliver our steel products not only across Turkey but also to European and
global markets.

How Do We Do It?
Raw Material Supply
We begin production by sourcing high-quality steel billets from reliable suppliers.
Hot Rolling
The billets are shaped at high temperatures, becoming durable and ready for further processing.
Cold Drawing
Hot-rolled products are manufactured through cold drawing to achieve precise dimensions and excellent surface quality.
Testing and Shipment
Our products undergo laboratory testing and are carefully shipped after quality approval.

All quality analyses and measurement data are recorded in real-time through the Canias ERP system.

Facility Integration
Our Dilovası and Karabük facilities operate in synchronization through the ERP system, providing real-time production and inventory information.

All our production processes are monitored end-to-end through the Canias ERP system,
ensuring full traceability from raw material entry to final shipment.
Our quality control infrastructure is strongly established across two key regions in Turkey:
Karabük Facility:
• Equipped with one spectrometer for highly accurate chemical analysis.
Kocaeli (Dilovası) Laboratory:
• One spectrometer
• One hardness testing device
• One mechanical testing device
With this in-house testing capability, we prepare the majority of our quality certificates quickly
and reliably, without dependency on external laboratories.
